1. screen shot /video of what exercise you choose to look at
2. critique your form; good, bad - bullet points
3. how can you improve your form?
4. Create a weight training program for a sport or activity of your choice.
- What are you training - slow or fast twitch fibers or both
- What are a minimum of eight exercises you would have your athletes do if you were a coach
- include sets and reps, why should this exercise be included(muscles worked)
- Is this for off-season or in-season training?
- Reference a program that includes something different than your program - why is what you are having your athletes do a better choice?
5. Must include at least three references - please explain why you think these sources are creditable
- one must be the book from class
