The following need to be added into your presentation:
1. What 5-7 weight training exercises would you have your athletes perform? (cross references at least 2X) - pp. 151-161
2. # of set/reps (Would you have them do the same 3 weeks in a row?)
3. Why do the exercises in #1? What muscle groups are being worked with each exercise?
4. Does the weight lifting exercise you picked to look at fit into the sport "you are coaching"?
5. What are 2-3 other exercises you would personally have your team do and why? (wt. training, plyos, speed, etc.)
6. If you were in charge of middle school/freshman - would you have them do the same? Why or why not? pp. 99-101; 108; 172-173

Weight Lifting project
Your project requirements

2. your video of the technique
3. bullet points of proper form - 2 sources for verification ( you could also include a video from you tube or a website here)
4. Critique of your form - what did you do really well? What needs to be fixed? How can I make my form better? Point out specifics by screen shots of your video
5. Sources - url's must be copied and pasted on the slide where the info is or on the end slide of your presentation

Heart rate monitors
Since we are learning about heart rate max and heart rate training zones, I am curious what your thoughts are about the accuracy of heart rate monitors, heart rate monitors on exercise machines, fit bit, phones and Apple Watches.
