Some additional Exercises

Since we cannot go to the gym how can we get the most out of out workouts at home?  Body resistance can work as an effective tool.  Here is a link to the My Fitness Pal Blog for 10 exercises that you can do using your body weight at home.  These could be used along with the two past links I have shared.
